How to fuel your inner ninja at LEGO NINJAGO Days

LEGO NINJAGO Days January 25-26 & February 1-2, 8-9

Every ninja needs to refuel while training to master their skills! LEGO NINJAGO Days has all the tasty treats a ninja could ask for, plus we’re debuting our NEW Ninja Kitchen food truck!

Specialty Event Items

Specialty ninja treats such as Ninja Nachos, Sensei Snack Mix, Kids’ Candy Sushi, and more will be offered for the duration of LEGO NINJAGO Days. Here are my top picks!

Katana Cake Roll

This is my personal favorite treat for LEGO NINJAGO Days! This egg roll is a perfect combination of sweet and savory! The crunchy wrap is filled with cheesecake and strawberries and is topped with a sprinkle of powdered sugar.

Event Locations: Dragon’s Den, Kick’n Chicken Co.

Kids’ Candy Sushi

Back by popular demand is sushi – the kid-friendly kind! Enjoy sweet candy fish rolled in rice crisps and fruit leather with a special chocolate dipping sauce.

Event Locations: Market Coffee, Kick’n Chicken Co.

Chocolate Dipped Fortune Cookies

Unveil your prophesy with a LEGOLAND fortune cookie. This fan-favorite sugar cookie is dipped in chocolate and includes a brick-tastic fortune inside, of course!

Event Locations: Pepper and Roni’s Pizza, Dragon’s Den, Imagination Zone Panini Grill

Ninja Kitchen

Our first food truck will make its debut in LEGO NINJAGO World just in time for the event! Ninja Kitchen features traditional egg rolls, super fancy spring rolls, bao buns, pot stickers and more. I was lucky enough to do some taste testing (somebody’s got to do it!) and selected my top two favorites to share with you below.

#1: Reuben Spring Rolls

These spring rolls provide a unique twist to the traditional Reuben sandwich! The spring rolls are filled with corned beef, sauerkraut, swiss cheese, Thousand Island dressing and are a filling snack to munch on as you explore LEGO NINJAGO World.

#2: Pork Bao Buns

The bao buns are a delicious warm and fluffy specialty item packed with spiced pork belly, fresh cilantro, crisp Asian claw, and topped with an Asian BBQ sauce. Just like the spring rolls, they are a must-try hearty snack to enjoy during your park visit!
